DESCRIPTION

Choline and inositol, members of the B-complex, are both found inside our bodies’ cell walls. Choline increases the production of lecithin which in turn breaks down fats.

Inositol plays a part in the response of the nerve impulses. Inositol is found in large amounts in semen and men’s reproductive organs. Inositol is not a true vitamin because our bodies can make a small amount of it.
